INNER HEALING - from false guilt and shame... “Exultet—O happy guilt.”

A healthy sense of guilt is a normal human emotion that enables people to live together.

However, there are messages of false guilt, remorse, and shame—whether stemming from early childhood, manipulation, religious upbringing, or other situations—that settle into our unconscious and lead destructive lives there. They often cling to us like a tick for a long time throughout our lives, draining our vitality and preventing us from living fully.

The Inner Healing Seminar from false guilt and shame is an invitation to deeper freedom, to trust in oneself and in God, who through His power transforms, renews, and creates new life.

Václav Čáp: theologian and lay missionary called to—and long involved in—evangelization through teaching, leading seminars and retreats at spiritual centers and parishes, intercessory prayer for healing and deliverance, and individual spiritual accompaniment. His approach is characterized by an effort to integrate the fields of theology, spirituality, and psychological understanding to foster mental and spiritual growth in various areas of life through the collaboration of God’s grace and the person’s response to that grace.
