Contemplation Course

Time spent in silence in the tradition of contemplative prayer, with remote guidance from Jan Šedivý, an experienced spiritual teacher from Bad Endorf, Germany.
Lectures will be projected onto a screen, and one-on-one conversations will be available via Zoom. Instructors Jana Fojtíčková and Ivana Dlohošová will be on site to guide the course.
Contemplative sessions, walking meditation, lectures, singing, contemplation through work, and personal guidance from the instructors. This is not an introductory course; participants are expected to have some experience with silent prayer, ideally having completed an “Introduction to Contemplation” or a similar spiritual retreat.
